NelsonHall conducted a top-line assessment of 11 of the best-of-breed IA platform vendors. The evaluation included analyst assessment as well as feedback obtained by interviewing vendor clients.
The NEAT evaluation has a comprehensive analysis of Kryon’s Automation Suite, including Attended, Unattended, and Hybrid Automation and Kryon Process Discovery™. It identified Kryon as a leader in the industry for important end-to-end use cases, and highlighted our accomplishments in the areas of:
- Ease of IA adoption & scaling
- Bot/human co-working
- Enabling business process owners to develop automation
Moreover, Kryon was recognized as a High Achiever in the area of End-to-End IA Capability as well as Overall.

NEAT predicted that Kryon’s Process Discovery™ tool is on “a viable route to owning a reasonable share of the midmarket in automation.”
It pointed out that Process Discovery is a generally lower-cost product with significant process discovery automation, which takes out the front-end expense of assessing the organization for automation potential across multiple task flows. Also, NelsonHall believes that our self-developed Process Discovery tool offers differentiation from Celonis partner firms.

The NEAT evaluation mentioned that, for 2018, we had a 95% customer renewal rate. This is illustrated, in part, by participating clients who praised Kryon for our user-friendly platform and strong support, which empowers users to identify applicable processes and create bots.
